AUCELL UMAP Results

Hi,

I just ran a UMAP analysis on an AUCell matrix, which contains data from multiple different conditions on the same cell type. The idea came from issues #185 and #189. I was just wondering if the clusters my data produced were distinct enough to warrant running the pipeline on every condition at once.
