Expose context, skills and Exp. Workspace capabilities in external LLMs

Users who use their own tool or LLM should be able to use the same skills / capabilities as Exp Workspace users.

Acceptance criteria

• Create a skill in Exp Workspace, go to Claude, get overview of available skills, use it
• Available context in Exp Workspace is accessible and can be used to create content externally
• Ideally, no additional setup / configuration is needed.
