Scrollbars are continuously blinking

Brackets version
I found following bug in Brackets Release 0.44. It is not in 0.43

OS version
Mavericks 10.9.5

steps to trigger the problem
Open any html file with already enough text, longer to make scrollbars visible... or
open a blank file and start typing until you see scrollbars..

what you expected to happen
scrollbars should stable.!

What happened
I already pointed some bug in 0.43. I was expecting the new update will have resolved that. Today about some minutes before. I downloaded a new version of brackets 0.44. The issed i logged on previous version was not removed and now It has it's scrollbars is continuously blinking..
I'm now back to the older verision in Adobe Code CC. that doesn't have both of these issues.

Please notice this as bug and remove this.

@mfarooqi Does it still happen after doing Debug > Reload Without Extensions? If so, can you record a screencast or video showing the problem?

I disabled some extensions not all. Some those are applied on actions this
were not removed. I have also created it's screen shot but was unable to
upload. I will try again to upload in morning...

Yes exactly. Last night I removed extensions, and now I reloaded without extensions from Debug menu. And this behaved the same.

@bchintx can you reproduce this on Mavericks and release 0.44?

@JeffryBooher Yes, I can reproduce this with Release 0.44 in both 10.8.5 and 10.9.5. However, for me to reproduce, I have to tweak how scroll bars are shown, as follows:

Under System Preferences > General > 'Show scroll bars',
...in 10.8.5, set to 'Always'.
...in 10.9.5, set to 'When scrolling' or 'Always'.

@mfarooqi can you please confirm that you've got your System Preferences set to one of the above settings? If you switch to 'Automatically based on mouse or trackpad', then does the blinking stop?

quick update: the blinking problem is still a bit intermittent for me. Even on 10.9.5, I have to toggle back-n-forth w/ the System preferences sometimes before it appears. Also, it appears that I also have to have View > Word Wrap disabled.

I'm using 10.9.5, in
Under System Preferences > General > 'Show scroll bars',
...in it blinks in when - set to 'Always'.
...in it doesn't appear by default... so no blinking is visible... (May be
it would be blinking in hidden mode) - when set to 'When scrolling' or
'Always'.
... It also blinks when set to . : automatically based on mouse or trackpad

I have been unable to reproduce this so far (also using 10.9.5 and the Brackets 0.44 release).

When testing the "selection extension" in the file tree, I did see the scroll bar there sometimes get displayed in the wrong color when I switched the Mac's "Show scroll bars" setting while Brackets was running. Restarting Brackets fixed it, so I'm not sure if we'd get reliable results testing this by changing the scroll bar setting while Brackets is running.
