Emmet extension - wrap with abbreviation is not focused in input

Wrap with abbreviation is not focused in input, it is on Button "Ok", after Shift-Ctrl-A, there is need to click in input area and after it write the abbrevation.

@sarhov as noted in the other bug, please file Emmet extension bugs in the Emmet repo (https://github.com/emmetio/brackets-emmet/issues) rather than here in the Brackets core repo.

@peterflynn I went to file the same issue in Emmet repo, but there are allready 3 issues there closed by the plugin author with a suggestion that it is a brackets bug:

emmetio/brackets-emmet#5

Maybe you can advice steps how to resolve this loop.

Reopening. According to the Emmet bug it's a problem with the native prompt() dialog, which is part of our shell, and the bug only occurs on Windows.

I can confirm that the bug is still here on Windows 7, x64

Sprint 31 experimental build 0.31.0-9569 (On branch sprint-31-hotfix,sprint-31-hotfix dd28c6a)

Emmet version 1.0.1 according to plugin manager.

Steps to repro:

1. Highlight text and press CTRL+SHIFT+A
2. A promt opens but without focus.
