PCF 1.2.2 Fails to load on Better MC 4 [v55] Server

Im unsure what additional information to provide that would help but I will simply explain my setup.
I Downloaded the Server pack for BMC 4 from curseforge.
Ensured it ran normally.
I added PCF 1.2.2 which crashed with the following log
latest.log

I downgraded to 1.2.1 and the server launched and works as expected.
If it works, it works but a bug is a bug. Hope this helps!

Its related to this issue #69. it doesnt like modded servers currently due to modlist verification between client and server

PCF doesn't handle the modlist in the slightest, so any error regarding that would be a red herring.
The error in the log there is also different from the one seen in #69

I seem to have narrowed it down to some race-condition-ey behavior during startup and fixed another potential early-loading bug (two birds with one stone!).
After verifying the changes some more and testing a fix for Arclight I'll throw together a release that'll hopefully sort things out.

The log shows that the UnionFileSystemProvider file system needs a filter or a list of paths. In general, if you make yourself a crutch that adds a filter "(p, b) -> true" it will solve the problem.
