esp8266 feather no serial output from installer v120

Firstly I need to set the baudRate in the installer, but ignoring that (did on staging), the esptool section doesn't contain flash_mode fields, and maybe affected now I've updated the esptool-js bundle.

Adding flash fields doesn't seem to have solved it, but the CI job doesn't use them for a mergebin process only secrets partition generation does, so I'd hoped the secrets partition not matching up would be a simple fix.

dio shows similar to qio/dout/qout, slightly more on first boot (failing to write rf config? nothing else ever shown):

@tyeth Try flashing the lastest version of ws with esptool CLI and verify serial output.
