New runner hangs npm ci

Using runner version 2.324.0 breaks installing dependencies
While trying to install dependencies using 2.324.0 runner, everything hangs mid-process.

Before that, with 2.323.0 version everything was working fine

Runner version is 2.324.0 and platform is ubuntu-24.04

OS is Linux

Nothing gets errored whatsoever, installing process just hangs for hours until it timeouts

We have a similar issue (perhaps the same cause) on https://github.com/luxonis/depthai-core/actions/runs/15302845044 where vcpkg install step gets stuck indefinitely.
