[Windows ,Ubuntu, MacOs ] Breaking change: Updating Azure PowerShell Module version as 12.5.x from 2025-07-04

Breaking changes

All images in Runner images ( Windows , Ubuntu , MacOS) Azure PowerShell version will be updated to 12.5.*

Target date

Image deployment will start on 2025-06-30 and will take 2-3 days

The motivation for the changes

• Currently Azure PowerShell module having version 12.1.0 and 12.4.0 in our Runner images ( Windows , Ubuntu , MacOS).
• As 12.5.* is the only supported version , it will be updated.

Possible impact

If your projects depend on Azure PowerShell module having version 12.1.0 and 12.4.0 , it will be broken
