Fix navbar and headers

- If we mess around with the config of meta.json, we can reconfigure how the frontpage and navbar are structured
- I think the navbar should have:
  - About (with board member bios and whatnot)
  - Past Workshops
  - Hack School
  - and anything else Hack thinks should be on the navbar
