Template archive .cta file imported on VS Code extension - Model and parse error

Template was first edited and created on template studio. Then exported as .cta file. The it was unzipped and opened as a directory on VS code. npm test command working fine. cicero parse works fine. 
But, unable to generate model file, the class uml file and class diagram. The output for cicero is not working. I get errors.

Template package.json file was not found.
