Hi @nanfengovo

Could you share more details so we can reproduce this?

1. The wizard options you picked when creating the solution (template type, UI framework, database, theme, mobile, optional modules, microservice/tiered, etc.)
2. The relevant section of %UserProfile%\.abp\studio\Logs\Logs.txt around the time the error occurred (please remove anything sensitive)
3. The generated .abpsln.json file if the solution folder was created
4. Does the error still happen if you restart ABP Studio and try creating the same solution again?

The stack trace in the error dialog is truncated to the top frames, so the actual line throwing the NRE is hidden. The log file usually contains the full stack.
