Is an internal hub possible ?

Hi,
I just wondered if it would be possible using LUFA to make an internal hub so two devices can have different vid/pid ?
At the moment a composite device has a single vid/pid but I need different ones for each device. I believe this is called a compound device ?

Thanks for any feedback....I'm new to usb so a steep learning curve atm
