Incorporate CEO turnover data/Gentry et al.  #11

Not sure how hard this would be, but it might be interesting to incorporate the Gentry et al. SMJ dataset paper on CEO turnover into this tool. I could envision a very simple connection where a few fields are added to each fiscal year of the core data coming out of START. co_per_rol for the CEO (or maybe CEOs) who served in a given year for a firm and if there was any sort of turnover at the CEO position.

The trick is how to deal with cases where more than one CEO served in a year? Perhaps there's just a series of co_per_rol and date columns capturing the ID of the CEO and the start/end dates. co_per_rol1, co_per_rol2...co_per_rolN, and the same with startdate/end date. In most years, only the first series is filled in. But in CEO transition years, 2 would be filled in (and in some cases 3 or more). Could also incorporat the code from Gentry et al. capturing the reason for the turnover.

Below are citations for the paper and a link to the source for the dataset.

Happy to chat more about how this would look.
