No logout button after upgrading from std:accounts-ui@1.2.20 to 1.2.21

I can log in like normal or reset my password like normal; however, there are no buttons after logging in for logging out. The React inspector shows that the <Buttons> element has a buttons prop which is an empty object.

This problem occurred after upgrading from std:accounts-ui@1.2.20 to std:accounts-ui@1.2.23.

After checking, upgrading from std:accounts-ui@1.2.20 to std:accounts-ui@1.2.21 exhibits the same problem.
