Show contents of goods bag into game components

Suggested in chat. While the rules don't really clarify if you can look inside the goods bag, it's a trackable thing just by counting the cubes on the board, and it's available as part of the game state already for anyone who cares to open web tools, so we may as well make it easy to pull up, e.g. under the components manifest.
