Red is normally distributed as a single binary. It should be trivial to pack this binary as a Slackware package. The downside is that the binary is 32-bit only. In fact, it seems that Red itself can't even be built as a 64-bit executable at the moment, so using Rebol to build Red would be pointless if the goal is to make this work on 64-bit Slackware without multilib.
