Publish binary Python wheel packages #1452
Description
The current pynq source packages are great except that are very slow to pip install, particularly on the low-power arm targets that they are meant for. It would be great if binary wheels were published for each release. Maybe for the most recent 2 or 3 Python 3.x releases.
