Warning on Clone from scenario #156
Description
When a user clones a road network on scenario creation that is too big to be editable, the modal should present a warning to the user.
Something along these lines?
The road network that you want to clone will not be editable in the browser due to its size. If you wish to customize the road network of the new scenario, please make these changes outside of RAM, and use the option 'Upload new'
