Create an EDN format which can represent a Leona configuration

Currently Leona's only interface is code-based, via the attach series of fns.
A few people have said it would be nice if there was an EDN alternative to this. Care should be taken here not to simply re-invent Lacinia...it needs to be designed to play into the attach interface and work with specs (obviously).
