Compatibility with .Net core 2.2

Hi,

I am working trying to integrate SagePay in a ASP.Net core 2.2 razor pages application. I have modified Configuration loading related areas such that the values are loading up from appsetting.json instead of web.config. Everything works fine except that SagePay do not return back to provided NotificationURL (my site's URL).

I am not sure what is wrong. How to go about it? Any suggestions?
