After minimize to scratchpad window redraw only on mouse moving

  • The steps you took in plain English to reproduce the problem.

1. Sometimes after get "minimize" command from wlr/taskbar (Waybar panel), window still present on a screen before you move the mouse.
2. And often, after click to "minimize" again, window won't repaint before you move the mouse, sometimes it shows only if you move mouse on place where window should be.
   Is it a bug, or a feature?

P.S.

1. Scratchpad show works lightning fast.
2. In WayfireWM (i know, it's not tiling, but it's also on Wlroots), all works as expected.
3. Thanks for your work, i used Sway for many years, but there wasn't dim for unactive windows and min to scratchpad (by Sway itself), you guys are great!
