Implement suggestions for `-include_lib`

If I start typing (for example) `-include_lib("eunit/...`, erlang-ls will suggest things to include. It would be great if ELP could do the same.

My most common uses for this are `eunit.hrl` and `logger.hrl`, in case that makes any difference.
