False positive syntax error in mockgyver's macros

Describe the bug

Elp reports a syntax error (P1711) in mockgyver's ?WHEN macro that is used to mock function interfaces in unit tests.

To Reproduce**

As shown in above screen shot.

Expected behavior

No syntax error diagnostic.

Actual behavior

False positive syntax error diagnostic.

• Editor used: NeoVim

FYI, I just fixed the project's config to correctly find mockgyver's parse transforms, but the false positive diagnostic remains.

@JonathanArns I think this is somewhat by design, in the sense that ELP assumes macros to be "valid in isolation". But I agree this assumption could create issues in the case where a third-party library is used.

@michalmuskala @alanz what's your take on this? We should at least be able to silent the error (it's currently not possible for syntax errors).

We currently only expand macros that parse as an expression. I have been looking at lowering the other options too, but it is complex, because it affects the balance of the parse tree, so needs some kind re-parsing of the expanded zone.
