Expose min-uploaded-photos and max-uploaded-photos as data variables

The min-uploaded-photos and max-uploaded-photos properties in the PhotoPicker and DocumentPicker are currently static configurations. Requesting that these values be made available as output variables in the component's data payload.

Use Case: This is required for a self-inspection data collection flow. Access to these variables will enable dynamic UI feedback and conditional logic based on whether the user has met the mandatory upload criteria, greatly improving process clarity and data validation.
