Connect to an open Wi-Fi network

As a user I want to connect to connect to a Wi-Fi network without entering a password so that I can connect to an open Wi-Fi network that does not require one.

Currently the UI always prompts for a password and won't let the user click connect if the password field is empty.

I suggest that the UI should just not prompt for a password if one is not required.
