I wanted to have a logo for the component-model for a presentation (Slides).
So, I decided to create one myself:

I’d be happy to contribute this logo to the project if there’s interest.
It's definitely not perfect, but much better than the WASI logo :D WebAssembly/WASI#3

That's really fun, thanks for posting! Personally, I'm not sure we need a whole separate logo from CM vs. just using the existing wasm logo, but happy to leave the issue open for comments and ideas. Cheers!
