Move sell functionality to initial mint form

Currently, the minting and selling steps are disconnected, we should add the ability to toggle the sell form from inside the mint modal form, and once submitted, use Multicall (https://github.com/joshstevens19/ethereum-multicall) to perform the mint/update in a single RPC call
