You need to grab the source code with Git and compile it with Briefcase. It's fairly simple to do.

That and if you wish to package the program at all, all you simply have to do is run the following command:
briefcase package

There is also an option to package in a zip:
briefcase package windows -p zip

Though, I have no idea how in the world Vox is able to get standalone/portable executables with Briefcase since it only lets you package via an MSI installer or the aforementioned zip
