Finish implementing the sphere

As the title says, the triangulation for spheres was never implemented. It seems to be needed for fruits mostly, so the quality of the triangular may not be critical.

We may also want spheroids and ellipsoids (the later being the most general but we may want to specialize code for specific geometries?)
