Feature request: Size limit per Mbps

Hi.

AIOStreams is the addon that got me come back from Kodi to Stremio.

But there's a function that I miss on my Kodi addons (Fen, Umbrella and POV), that is to limit file size per Mbps.

It doesn't make sense to have the same file size limit if the video is 60 minutes or 280 minutes long.

Something like this would be awesome.
