Installation Errors: Fixed and patches attached

The installation process just stopped - no display

• I downloaded from sourceforge and github and same issue.
• Enabled Debug mode and found errors in following files

1. include/install/resources/utils.php 2022-10-20 15:23:53.000000000 +0000 (line 138 and line 178)
2. modules/MyNotes/MyNotes.php 2022-10-20 15:23:53.000000000 +0000 (line 246)
