How to remove Github from Codium

I don't use GitHub and it will drive me crazy if i non stop will have to be sure I select Gitlab and not Github. Is there a way to remove it? It seems like nobody on the internet even tried it because there is no single comment about it

Can you explain your issue? You want to use Gitlab which shouldn't be an issue. What are you repeated to do?

Filter the extensions with @builtin and try by disabling the GitHub extension.
