Sometimes RAG results is not opened after RAG search

Goal is to handle the case of RAG sidebar not opening. When RAG search is activated, user usually expects the RAG sidebar to openup. Sometimes regardless of RAG search firing, the sidebar wont open. This might be due to that the RAG search did not return any results even the RAG search happened. Goal is to handle this better, by perhaps always opening the RAG sidebar are communicating that no results were found
