Creating a New Routine

  • Click the "File" menu in the top-left corner of the application.
  • Select "New" from the dropdown menu.
  • A new routine will be created with an empty task list.

Adding Tasks

  • Click the "Add Task" button or press the "Enter" to begin task creation.
  • Enter the task details, including the time, title, notification options, and repeat settings.

Setting Reminders

  • Select the task(s) you want to set reminders for.
  • Check the "Notify" checkbox for each selected task.
  • Customize the notification options, such as sound, vibration, or popup message.

Repeating Tasks

  • Select the task(s) you want to repeat.
  • Check the "Repeat" checkbox for each selected task.
  • Choose the repeat frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Saving and Loading Routines

  • Click the "File" menu in the top-left corner of the application.
  • Select "Save" to save the current routine.
  • Select "Save As" to save the current routine with a different file name.
  • Select "Load Routine" to load a previously saved routine.

Clearing Tasks

  • Click the "-" button to the right of a task to remove it
  • Press DEL on your keyboard to delete the selected task
  • Click the "Clear Routine" button to remove all tasks from the current routine.
