Site requirements

I'm not even really sure how to write about this, so it's probably not going to have much detail.

• Accounts/users system
  • API keys, OAuth is unnecessary
  • Require email and verification, plus the new Google captcha
  • Bot management without UUIDs (once associated securely somehow)
  • Package authoring
  • Subscribe to posts?
• Blog/posts system
  • So we can post about upcoming/new/important/interesting Ultros things
• Package repo and management
  • Needs a full, sane API, including one that allows package management
• Metrics/exceptions
  • Particularly, how we store this is important and will affect the way we display it on the site
• Fanart page - Perhaps some kind of static page system?
  • We don't have much of this, but it's nice to be able to display it as it comes in

Should track installed plugin/package versions too, so we can display metrics on that
