Feeds plugin relies on old URLs plugin

The feeds plugin tries to access call the tinyurl function on the URLs plugin. This needs to be updated to the new URLs plugin, and should also be made to work if the URLs plugin is not loaded.

Realistically the entire thing needs a rewrite - Maybe I should make that
my job for this week
