Currently, the project will format the entire codebase. This is great for the first time, but sometimes you just want to export a section of the code

Expected behavior
A file or section of code can be specified and will subsequently be formatted.

Additional information
Short Term Solution 🚧: Use the script normally, and then manually remove the unwanted pages of the pdf.
Long Term Solution 🛠: Specify exactly which files you want formatted at the command line. (in progress)
