Annotate the last y ion if the peptide has an n-terminal label #2

Description

Example spectrum in PeptideAtlas:
https://db.systemsbiology.net/dev2/sbeams/cgi/PeptideAtlas/ShowObservedSpectrum?atlas_build_id=442&spectrum_identification_id=1716849097&peptide=n[145]MTQSPSSLSASVGDR&assumed_charge=2

From Eric's email:

  • Another remarkable thing is that with nearly all of these iTRAQ/TMT spectra, you see the very last y ion! i.e. without the label:
    1522.7034 22.0 y15/-8.7
  • But Lorikeet stops at y14.
  • A fun added feature would be: IF the peptide has an n-terminal label (n[145],n[230], etc.) then DO annotate the last y ion (y15 in this example), otherwise do not (but it won’t be there)
