- Another remarkable thing is that with nearly all of these iTRAQ/TMT spectra, you see the very last y ion! i.e. without the label:
1522.7034 22.0 y15/-8.7
- But Lorikeet stops at y14.
- A fun added feature would be: IF the peptide has an n-terminal label (n[145],n[230], etc.) then DO annotate the last y ion (y15 in this example), otherwise do not (but it won’t be there)
