auth_chain_a等协议在ubuntu 22.04下不工作

ubuntu 20.04或之前版本正常，从22.04开始启动auth_chain_a协议报错

`tcprelay.py[line:1095] - [_log_error] - ERROR: can not initialize cipher context when handling connection from 127.0.0.1:55700`

看似错误来自ssr-python实现本身。
