Feature Request: Ability to mark steps as completed? #172

Not sure if I am using this mod correctly or if I am missing some feature that is already built, but so far my usage based on video tutorials I have seen has been add all the recipes down to the basic ingredients that I want. Initiate a crafting calculation for N items. With inventory detection active, grab items to make input items satisfied. Open steps tab, and go through from left to right satisfying all steps one by one. If I know that some steps can be done out of order, I proceed to do that so I can save time waiting for things to be processed by pipelining.

The issue here is that when I put an item(s) somewhere to be processed while its out of my inventory it shows up as missing on the steps which for later items in a chain can cause quite a bit of ghost steps (steps that have already been completed but are coming back to satisfy the requirement of making the items that I have put somewhere to be processed) that come and go as items are being processed. For now I try to just keep a mental note of stuff I am done with, but a nice QOL feature would be with inventory detection to be able to mark certain inputs/steps as completed. Which would then make them either show up greyed out with a checkmark (preferred as we could easily toggle items if needed) or if that isnt possible then maybe they just dont show up on the list again.
