Version 0.5.24 has been released

This update adds Polish language and fixes a crash-on-startup bug.

Changes:

• Added: New Polish (pl-PL) language (add Strings.pl-PL.xaml #51).
• Updated: Updated Italian (it-IT) language. (Update Italian language #49 & Update Italian language #50)
• Fixed: Add the updates to Dutch (nl-NL) language that I forgot in the last update. (Translation: Dutch #32)
• Fixed: Fixed crash-on-start 🐛 introduced in v0.5.23. (Bug Report: app version 0.5.23 does not start #48)
• New: Added version number to installer title bar. (Bug Report: app v. 0.5.23.0 - Multilanguage installer issues #45)
• Fixed: Fix set-output command deprecation warning. (Fix set-output command deprecation warning #47)
• Updated: Changed About page layout to accommodate longer strings.
• Updated: Minor UI tweaks.
