Crash problem

Issue Description:

My minecraft server crash with thuttech

What happens:

So on my server I'm not using pure Forge but Magma which allows you to run plugins alongside forge mods. However, from what I understand, Thuttech tries to initialize an entity called "Lift", but the problem is that Magma doesn't support advanced operations with very custom entities and with fake worlds, so when I log into the server, "Lift" simply fails to initialize and kicks me out, then the server crashes.

What you expected to happen:

That the server does not crash

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install magma (minecraft 1.12.2) in your server
2. Install thutcore
3. Install thuttech

4. Start the server
   

5. Install minecraft forge in your launcher
   

6. Install thutcore and thutech in your client
   

7. Join the server

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
