Elevator cannot be removed when using trapdoors as camo block.

Issue Description:

If using a wooden trapdoor as a elevator camouflage block, the elevator cannot be removed by hand and has to be "killed" via command.

What happens:

Right-clicking the elevator block (in this case the wooden trapdoor) with a stick (or a wrench) will flick the wooden trapdoor open instead of removing it, making it impossible to remove without cheats.

What you expected to happen:

Right-clicking the wooden trapdoor should remove the entity and turn it back to blocks.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a few wooden trapdoors in a rectangle shape (not important how many).
2. Set the two corner positions of the elevator using the elevator linker and create the elevator entity.
3. Sneak and right click the elevator using a stick (or a wrench).
