Performance degradation of BeeGFS client on Ubuntu 24.04 compared to Ubuntu 22.04

Hi, I noticed that the BeeGFS client performance is significantly lower when running on Ubuntu 24.04, compared to the same setup on Ubuntu 22.04.
The same hardware and network environment were used in both tests.

For example:

On Ubuntu 22.04: ~2–3 GB/s throughput

On Ubuntu 24.04: ~500–600 MB/s throughput

I’m wondering if there are any known performance issues or kernel compatibility problems with Ubuntu 24.04?
