Suggestion: support `.config/shell_gpt/sgptrc`

Currently, sgpt get config from .config/shell_gpt/.sgptrc.

Can we have sgpt read from .config/shell_gpt/sgptrc too?

It is minor, but feel a little strange to use hidden file withing .config.
