Fix vehicles of players being able to pass through restricted areas #90
Description
Describe the bug
If you mount a steerable vehicle like a strider, horse or pig you can move them through areas that you couldnt enter or exit on your own
To Reproduce
- Create a new area
- Deny entrance or exit
- mount a steerable vehicle
- move in or out the area
Expected behaviour
Either dismount the player or deny vehicle passing the border
