Power API is Missing

I can't fathom why it would be, after looking at your code and CC: Tweaked's code, but I don't have any modding experience. The rest of the API is there, just not the power API. I called peripherals.wrap("right"), called getMethods, and I can see every other method listed. Power's just not in the list.
