Windows x64 support problems

OS: Windows 11
Okay, I want to say that I faced one problem with opening a project, maybe I did something wrong:
My steps:
I faced the version of VulkanSDK that is provided in the current version which does not support x64 windows, and I set the version of VulkanSDK to 1.3.290.0, then I did all that said in the README file, and got that error ->

What do I need to do?

UPD: Sandbox and HazelInut works, Hazel not

You can't run a .lib file like Hazel directly. Aka you can't directly run the Hazel project in Visual Studio. You have to link it to a Console/Windowed Application like in this case Hazelnut or Sandbox and then run that project.
