Phase jump occurring on mouse down in cursorGlow shader #20

If the shader is invoked then a sufficient amount of time is allowed to elapse (e.g. 1 minute), clicking and holding will cause a rapid phase-jumpy graphical glitch in the positions of the orbs/metaballs.

This is a minor graphical issue.
