[Bug] Hyprland nonzero monitor position causes initial cursor offset #16

Issue

I'm using Hyprland, and offsetting the monitor position by some number of pixels causes the initial position of the mouse to be incorrectly offset. The issue resolves itself once the mouse begins to move.

For example, with the below nwg-displays configuration for Hyprland:

The cursor glow initially renders 100px up and 100px left from the real cursor position, then snaps back to the correct position once the cursor starts to move.
